DCSX welcomes two new quotations

The Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX) recently welcomed two new quotations, namely ‘Oro Real Fund’ and ‘Metropolitan Fund II’. These two funds became the 12th and 13th official market quotations of DCSX.

Today attorney at law Karel Frielink was officially installed as Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany for Curaçao, St. Maarten, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba. The event took place at the Avila Beach Hotel in the presence of German ambassador to The Hague, Heinz-Peter Behr, and other guests.
Advisory Council: PAR-law contravenes Constitution

The private member’s bill of the PAR-party to discourage sexual intimidation on the shop floor in the government sector, contravenes the principle of equality, the Constitution of the country Curaçao and the European Treaty for Human Rights (EVRM). The Advisory Council (RvA) states this in their commentary on the private member’s bill National Regulation protection against sexual intimidation on the shop floor.
