WILLEMSTAD — Verzekeraars behoren op 30 juni hun jaarcijfers over het voorgaande jaar te publiceren. Ennia vroeg én kreeg hiervan van de Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten (CBCS) uitstel.

Aruba en Valero sluiten definitief akkoord over overname raffinaderij

ORANJESTAD — De onderhandelingen tussen het Land Aruba, Citgo en Valero zijn afgelopen weekend afgerond. Dat heeft Energie-minister Mike de Meza laten weten. Naar verwachting wordt aankomende woensdag op Aruba een handtekening gezet onder het akkoord, waarmee de olieraffinaderij van Valero in Arubaanse handen komt.
