White list of tax authorities Argentina

BUENOS AIRES - The tax authorities in Argentina have finally approved a “white list” of jurisdictions that are considered to be “cooperative” in terms of exchange of tax information.
 
As such, the use of companies, funds and/or trusts established or governed by the laws of said jurisdictions should not have any adverse consequences vis a vis the tax legislation in Argentina.
 
This “white list” includes among others Aruba, Curacao and St. Maarten.
