Reno Saleh joins Spigt Dutch Caribbean

WILLEMSTAD - As of 1 Oktober 2013, Spigt Dutch Caribbean has welcomed a new team member: Reno Saleh. Reno is an experienced litigator,especially in liability matters.
 
His education: University of the Netherlands Antilles, where he graduated in 2003 in Dutch Antillean Law.
 
Reno has served as a research assistant and lecturer at the University of the Netherlands Antilles on patrimonial rights and corporate law (2003 – 2009). He was associate Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of the Netherlands Antilles in 2009.
 
He has been an attorney as of 9 June 2009 and commenced his career as an attorney with Burgers Advocaten.
 
Reno’s areas of expertise: corporate law, aministrative law, real estate law and litigation (especially in liability matters). He is fluent in Papiamentu, Dutch, English and Spanish.

THE HAGUE--Attorney-at-law Roeland Zwanikken at St. Maarten’s BZSE law office is considering legal action against the intention of the Dutch ABN AMRO Bank to close the bank accounts of its clients in the Dutch Caribbean.
