Judge Wefers Bettink sworn in

Judge Paul Wefers Bettink has been sworn in as a member of the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. Bettink will be working as a judge on Bonaire.

 
He is the successor of mr. Remco Hoekstra, who left Bonaire recently. 
This appointment is generally for the period of one and a half year.
 
Paul Wefers Bettink took the oath at the office of Mrs. Lydia Emerencia.
 
He will be acting as a judge in civil cases and as an examining judge in criminal cases.
