No prosecution of Camelia and Wiels

The Public Prosecutor will not bring an action against Mrs. Suzy Camelia-Römer nor Mr. Helmin Wiels.
This is the conclusion after an inquiry into the statements of both has been held, states Karel Frielink of Spigthoff Attorneys and Tax Advisers.
Wiels had accused Camelia of using her influence as an adviser to obtain financial information, by which she would have obatined priviliged information, of which she would have profited businesslike through a factoring-company. The Public Prosecutor has found no proof for this and sees no reason to bring an action against Mrs. Camelia.
Camelia-Römer herself had taken legal proceedings against Wiels and Pueblo Soberano. In these proceedings the judge was asked to rule that an illegal act had been made against her. Also a compensation for damages of f 15.000 was demanded of each and an accusation of libel and offence was filed. But also given the legal proceedings Camelia--Römer had taken, the Public Prosecutor finds no ground in prosecuting Wiels and Pueblo Soberano.
