WILLEMSTAD - Curaçaoan and other Dutch Caribbean professionals of all backgrounds are showing a keen interest in the PhD program that the University of Curaçao Dr. Moises da Costa Gomez (UoC) is launching.

 

Because of this, UoC has decided to organize a third information session on 25 August from 9.00-10.30 hours. The first session on

15 August had a full house and for the second session on Thursday 24 August 2017, 17.00-18.30 hours, also a lot of people have already registered.

 

The UoC will start with a PhD Program in Social, Economics, Education and Technological Sciences. This PhD Program is the result of collaboration with universities in the region: the University of the West Indies, the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida. Together with these partners, the PhD School will offer a blended learning program, facilitating an innovative learning experience with optimal flexibility. The foundation year of this program is also offered as a refreshment or advancement opportunity for local professionals, and for those who are still in doubt about pursuing a PhD degree. The program starts in

September 2017 when during the enrollment period 28 August - 6 September, a minimum of 25 students have registered.
