Second Bankruptcy Report - Lehman Brothers Securities N.V.

The bankruptcy trustee of Lehman Brothers Securities N.V. – Mr. Michiel R.B. Gorsira of Law firm VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne – has published the second bankruptcy report regarding the insolvency of Lehman Brothers Securities N.V.

Notification to Creditors and Other Interested Parties

On 30 January 2009 the Court of First Instance of the Netherlands Antilles, venue Curacao, adjudicated bankrupt the limited liability company Lehman Brothers Securities N.V., seated in Curacao, (the “Company”) appointing Ms. A.M.P. Geelhoed as supervising judge in charge of the bankruptcy and Mr. Michiel R.B. Gorsira as trustee.

The decisions of the Court of First Instance of the Netherlands Antilles, venue Curacao regarding the bankruptcy of LBS are available under "Documents Netherlands Antilles Court".

If you have a claim on the Company, please submit by e-mail or by (registered) post same to Mr. Robert F. van Beemen with documents supporting such claim.

If it is your opinion that your claim is in any way secured or privileged or if you pretend to have reserved the ownership of goods, please inform the trustee thereof immediately.
