On December 11, the Curacao Innovation Centre, rewarded the Human Resources support package developed by Caribbean Coach in cooperation with its partners in this project namely the lawfirm VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne, Keycomp ICT and Arbo consult, the Innovation Award 2008 for this product.
The objective of Human Resources support is to allow medium to small scale businesses (retailers) obtain professional Human Resources support for a monthly contribution fee of Naf 350,-. Retailers can address all their HR-related issues to a ‘personnel coach’, who will coordinate all the necessary steps to be taken, and follow them up properly.
This might involve back to back communication with e.g. the other co-partners in the HR-Support Project: VanEps, Kunneman VanDoorne, attorneys at law, for all labor law related issues, Keycomp ICT for hard- and software solutions and Arbo Consult for an appropriate and healthy work environment.
