Minister of VROMI signs financing agreement with USONA

PHILIPSBURG--The continued upgrading of the sewage treatment plant on A.Th. Illidge Road now can be realised thanks to the signing of a financing agreement for the project.
 
Minister of Public Housing, Spatial Planning, Environment and Infrastructure VROMI William Marlin signed the financing agreement with USONA funding agency representative Angela Dekker on Wednesday.
 
USONA has agreed to contribute NAf. 115,000 to the project while Government will finance an additional NAf. 131 500 for the continued upgrading of the Sewage Treatment Plant Project.
 
The project has to be finalised by October 1.
