Two lawyers of VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne sworn in

On Tuesday 25 June, two lawyers, Sueena N.I. Francisco and Dirk Ormel of VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne, were sworn in by the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curacao, St. Maarten and Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba in St. Maarten. They strengthen the team's offices in Curaçao and Aruba.
Additionally, the firm provides services through offices in Bonaire and St. Maarten. A total of 35 attorneys-at-law are now currently working in the firm.
Sueena was born in Curacao and works at the office in Curacao since Oktober 2011. Before joining VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne she practiced in the Netherlands at Houthoff Buruma in the fields of corporate transactions and corporate litigation.Sueena graduated from Utrecht University in 2006 and she obtained her LL.M. degree from the Washington College of Law, D.C. in 2007. She is specializes in the area of corporate law with a particular focus on advising on mergers and acquisitions (including takeovers, joint ventures and other alliances) for both private equity and strategic parties and the legal structuring of entities. She also advises domestic and international clients in the area of banking and finance on regulatory issues and lending and security documentation.
