Since 1 July a new firm has been establlished on Curacao: Ariston Legal Services B.V. This firm specializes in legal advice in the field of real estate and estate planning.

Ariston Legal has its seat on the second floor of a building at Suikertuintjeweg, opposite the Mall, with a beautiful view over the green environment. Three young enthousiastic people work here together.

Marloes Kempes and Robert Jan Groenhof  have ample experience in the legal real estate practice as well as family law  practice. Both of them worked at well-established notaries offices in the  Netherlands, for 5 and 8 years respectively. Wybe Bruinsma is Ariston’s local  director and responsible for sales and product development.

Ariston Legal Services N.V. (“Ariston”) is a service provider on Curaçao
specialized in legal advice in the field of real estate and estate planning.

Ariston serves governments, investors, and real estate developers, primarily in
the following legal matters involving real estate:

sale, purchase and transfer;
parkmanagement;
division (splitsing);
lease hold (erfpacht);
investment funds;
financing;
due diligence; and
auctions.

A solid and timely arrangement of such matters is valuable with investments
regarding inter alia the hospitality branch (hotels, shops), resorts and commercial real estate.

ariston’s estate planning services are primarily aimed at high networth  individuals (and their families). Ariston serves these clients with the legal  structuring of assets and equity, mainly in connection with (inheritance) tax planning and asset protection.

Ariston closely cooperates with Van Heeswijk notaries in Rotterdam (NL). Van Heeswijk notaries is one of the biggest independent notary firms in the Netherlands.
