Four killed in shooting Curacao

WILLEMSTAD  Four men were killed in a drive-by shooting in Curaçao Saturday night.
 
They had been standing at Alaska Snack in Berg Altena when gunmen suddenly opened fire on them with automatic weapons from a passing car. One of the victims died on the spot and the other three later at the hospital.
 
Sources said three of Saturday night’s fatalities were bystanders, while the fourth was a known criminal who had most probably been the target. Unconfirmed reports said the latter had recently threatened others on social media.
 
Police have apparently already conducted a house search in connection with the crime.
