Op 1 augustus 2018 treedt een nieuw procesreglement voor civiele zaken - het Procesreglement 2018 - in werking. Dit aangepaste reglement is door het bestuur van het Gemeenschappelijk Hof vastgesteld op 21 juni 2018.
