AVA airlines goes to court to determine origin of controversial email

PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten - Olivier Arrindell of AVA airlines along with partner Giovanni Atalita, Tuesday filed a court case against Insel Air for a controversial letter circulating on line which he says has originated from the servers at Insel Air.
 
Arrindell also stated that an investigation was done to determine the origins of the letter and that this report was presented to the courts on Tuesday afternoon.
 
Giovanni Atalita also of AVA airlines told our news room Tuesday that the government of Curacao is about to sign a non disclosure agreement (NDA) with the airline which in turn will facilitate the disclosure of key financial information which is now being required by the government of Curacao.
 
He confirmed that they do not have a problem with the efforts of government to confirm the legitimacy of their financiers.
 
What they are concerned about is the possibility that their information may be disclosed to competitive sources and as such their requirement that an NDA be signed by the government before this information is handed over.
